1.  Ninja
2.  One leg squat
3.  Wall sits
4.  Core twist push up

(1) 5 reps, 6, reps, 7 reps, 7 reps
(2) 5 reps, 6 reps, 7 reps, 7 reps
(3) 50 reps, 40 reps, 30 reps, 20 reps, each leg
(4) 10 reps, 8 reps, 7 reps, 6 reps
