Dec 20th 2010 workout

1.  Squat in the middle touch the middle, squat to the side touch each side
2.  Sleeping Crab
3.  1-2-3 push up
4.  ninja jump, touch the sky

(1) 12 reps, 4 times
(2) 10 reps, 4 times
(3) 10 reps, 4 times
(4) 10 reps, 4 times
